You may be wondering what to expect from a nutrition therapy appointment. During your first session I will ask about your goals, health history, any medications and supplements you may be taking, your lifestyle, stress levels, sleep habits, and of course your eating habits. It may be helpful to bring blood test results, a list of medications, and a food record for the 2 – 3 days prior to your appointment. Plan to spend about 1-1/2 hours with me for the initial session. Follow-up sessions are 30 – 45 minutes long. All services are personalized to meet your unique needs, and you are never locked into any preset program.
