NO FAIL, NO SMELL SALMON!

FullSizeRender-8You can use this method to cook any fish that is 1 – 2″ thick. (Serves 4)

1.5 – 2 pounds of salmon fillet

½ – 1 cup marinade, fruit salsa, or any sauce or liquid you prefer

2 matching pie plates, glass or ceramic

 

 

  1. Smear half the marinade / liquid on bottom of a pie plate.
  2. Place fish on top of marinade (skin side down) and pour rest of marinade or sauce over the fish spreading evenly to cover top and sides of fish.
  3. Cover first pie plate with inverted second pie plate so that it fits exactly.
  4. Cook in microwave at full power for 5 – 6 minutes. Let sit for another minute, then serve.
